Twissen constantly observes the global Travel & Tourism market combining a plurality of information sources through independent study and collaboration with DMOs, public entities, industry players, universities as well as research centres. Constant research and dissemination of best practices allow Twissen to bring a global vision and maintain a high quality of the sector in all the projects it deals with.

Objectives and results
Through the constant observation of trends in the tourism sector worldwide, the following outputs were achieved:
- More than 250 articles were published, regarding destinations, travel trends, technologies and innovations, tour operators and stakeholders;
- Analysis, dissemination and constant updating on European funding programmes;
- Production of Season Reports;
- Elaboration and sharing of guidelines and reports published by the most relevant international players in Travel & Tourism: European Travel Commission, WTTC, European Tourism Manifesto;
- Editorial collaborations with tourism experts.
